Studio Soleil ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you book a discovery call on this site, and how we use it.
When you start a booking we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and (optionally) your email address. If you choose to share them, we also collect the optional project details you provide (project type, suburb, rough timeline and budget range).
We use these details for one purpose only: to contact you about your enquiry and the discovery call you requested. We do not use them for anything else.
Your details are stored securely and are accessible only to Studio Soleil. We never sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We use trusted service providers (for example, secure hosting and form processing) to operate this site; they process data on our behalf and only as needed.
This site uses measurement tools from Meta (Facebook) and Google to understand how our ads perform. These may set cookies and record that you visited or booked, in line with those providers' own policies. They do not receive the contact details you type into the booking form.
We keep your enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, then remove them when they're no longer required.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the details we hold about you at any time — just get in touch.
