Studio Soleil ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you book a discovery call on this site, and how we use it.
When you start a booking we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and (optionally) your email address. If you choose to share them, we also collect the optional project details you provide (project type, suburb, rough timeline and budget range).
We use these details for one purpose only: to contact you about your enquiry and the discovery call you requested. We do not use them for anything else.
Your details are stored securely and are accessible only to Studio Soleil. We never sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. We use trusted service providers (for example, secure hosting and form processing) to operate this site; they process data on our behalf and only as needed.
This site uses measurement tools from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to understand how our ads perform. These set cookies and record actions such as visiting the page or booking a call, in line with those providers' own policies.
To match your enquiry back to the ad you saw, we also share a hashed (irreversible, one-way encoded) version of your name, email and phone number with Meta when you submit the booking form. Meta cannot read your original details from the hash — it's used only to measure and improve ad performance, never to contact you, and we don't share your details with any other advertiser.
We keep your enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, then remove them when they're no longer required.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the details we hold about you at any time — just get in touch.
